缤纷六月咖啡情
阳光绚丽的6月，想感受一种别样的清凉与浪漫吗？想在如此古典浪漫的情怀中感受中西文化的完美契合吗？
6月23日，美联国际英语在解放碑上岛咖啡厅开展了一场主题为“咖啡文化”的活动。
下午3点过，美联的20多名学员和外教David来到了上岛咖啡厅，在这里，东方的建筑风格与西方浓郁的咖啡香在空气中弥漫开来，东西方文化就这样融汇在了一起。
当温柔漂亮的服务员将咖啡一杯一杯的呈上来，大家边品咖啡，边和来自于英国的外教David聊聊咖啡文化，聊聊我们的中西方文化。这咖啡究竟应该怎么喝，是像我们中国人品茶一样的吗？冰咖啡和热咖啡在制作和品尝时，方法究竟有什么样的不同？咖啡豆用不同的火来炒，用不同的水来调又会调多什么不同的味道来？喝什么样的咖啡该选什么样的配料，要加多少才能够让该品种的咖啡味道发挥极至？ David不仅帮我们了解了这些文化，还把咖啡调制的程序一一教授给我们，并运用了相应的咖啡制作仪器向大家展示。精致小巧而雍容华贵的英国皇家咖啡壶让我们啧啧惊叹，特别是看了David的演示之后，很多学员恨不马上买了回去让自己亲自调制体验一下。
几个小时的时间很快就结束了，大家还沉浸在咖啡的香氛中不忍离去，这次活动不仅让大家了解到了这一小杯咖啡里面蕴含的浓厚的西方文化，也让大家学会了如何用最纯正的英语和浪漫的心情去品味生活！

Metro International English Centre started an activity named”Coffee Culture” in Shangdao Café of Jie Fang Bei.
More than 20 students in Metro and our foreign teacher David went to Shangdao Café at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The eastern construction style and the western brewed coffee redolence permeated and then the culture of east and west are syncretized with each other.
We tasted coffee and chatted with our foreign teacher David who comes from U.S.A when the pretty and gentle waitress took coffee one by one. We talked about coffee culture, eastern and western culture. How should we drink coffee? Is that the same way as the Chinese taste tea? What are the different methods between making and tasting the ice coffee or the hot coffee? How many tastes if we mix different waters or boil by different fires? What mate should we choose and how much should we add it to make the coffee taste perfect?
David not only made us comprehend the coffee culture, but also taught us to make coffee step by step. He represented coffee apparatus to us. We marveled at the ingenious and graceful Britain royal coffee-maker. Many students suddenly got burning desires to buy it and they want to make it by themselves at once after David’s representation.
Time pasted quickly. We were immersed in the coffee redolence and we didn’t want to leave. We understood that there is a rich western culture in such a small cup of coffee and we also learned that how to enjoy life with the purest Engish and the most romantic mood.
